It's finally here! The Beautiful Hair Diet E-Book has been a work in progress for over a year. I would start it, put it down, come back to it, stop then start and so on.. This e-book was something I really wanted to do but kept getting nervous about completing. Why? I don't know, but in the spirit of getting things done (and making a promise to myself) I buckled down and GOT IT DONE! And, I'm quite proud of it!!!
If you've sat in my chair or pretty much had a conversation with me about hair, you'd know how passionate I am about healthy hair especially healthy scalps. "The BEAUTY of Hair begins with Health". Healthy hair starts at the root, but it actually starts inside your body. What you feed your body will ultimately feed your scalp and hair. I created this e-book to help kick start healthy hair.
After asking multiple clients about their eating habits and hydration intake, I found that most clients are not feeding their bodies with healthy hair food. Now, I am not a doctor or a dietitian or a chef for that matter (thank you cousin for your help in putting these recipes together) but I do know a few things about hair and what can help to keep it healthy aside from what's needed to style, etc. There are a lot of minerals and vitamins that actually help with achieving a healthy scalp and shiny, stronger hair. This information comes from my studies as a Hair Loss Practitioner.
The Beautiful Hair Diet E-Book is a basic guide for feeding your hair. It is a quick and simple recipe e-book of smoothies and salads that are loaded with fruits and vegetables that are not only good for your body but also good for your scalp and hair.
